After a few witty email exchanges on Jdate, Adam suggested we meet for coffee. We found a very nice coffee spot and initially wanted to order the same drink! But we opted for different ones. We still do that, actually; we have lots of similar preferences, but prefer to share different choices.
He was funny, I was impressed by his intellect and looks! He thought I was also smart, interesting and cute, I guess. We parted with a hug and he emailed me with a witty follow-up the next day. We went out again, and again…

What advice would you give other Jdaters?
Make sure to give potential dates a chance. Our relationship took about two or three dates to really start working. And even after that, it took a few months to really sink in. The good ones are worth waiting for!
